"Growing up in Lymm, just outside of Manchester in the UK, Football was my everything. I remember the first pair of boots I got: Umbro Speciali's. I wanted the Blue/Green but my Dad said bright colours won't make you play any better and he made me get the Black/White. Coming full circle, and now having the opportunity to create a collection with Carré and Umbro, we wanted to honour that love for the game and sportswear. Creating unique takes on Umbro's DNA, with an aim to bring it to the present, with modern styling and interpretation. This capsule has both function and form."
